Andre Muller

President & CEO

Andre Muller brings 30 years of entrepreneurial expertise in business development, organizational leadership, strategic planning and execution, market share expansion, sales, team building, inventory profit maximization and business startups in both the private and public sectors within the consumer products, consumer electronics and CPG industries.

He has founded and built multiple highly performing companies from the ground up and is capable of identifying market opportunities and developing and executing strategic plans to achieve maximum results and longevity. Andre is a gifted communicator who is able to connect with people, build long lasting successful relationships as well as helping to bring out the best in those he works with. His business philosophy focuses on working with a tremendous sense of urgency while keeping a constant eye on the bottom line.

In 1997 Andre sold Alliance Distributors, a wholesale video game distribution company that he co-founded in 1989 to Take-Two Interactive, a premier, publicly owned video game publisher. In 2003 he co-founded Alliance Media Holdings, a video game distributor and publisher as a private company and in 2004 thru a reverse merger took the company public and served as President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2008 Andre co-founded Affiliated Services Group, a sales and distribution company focusing on inventory opportunities and liquidations in the consumer product, consumer electronics and CPG space. Andre also gained considerable expertise in the barter and corporate trading industries as Vice President of Merchandise Sales for Active International.

Andre was born and raised in New York, is married and the proud father of 3 children. He and his family are also active volunteers and fundraisers in the fight to eliminate Cystic Fibrosis.

Linda Austin

Linda joined the Company as CFO and CAO in July of 2013. Prior to joining the Company, Linda was the President and CEO of a repair, refurbishment and reverse logistics service provider for OEM’s of electronic products. During her tenure, Linda provided operational focus and strategic direction to the company. Linda has been involved in almost every aspect of the company – Finance, IT, HR, and Operations. Linda has a BS-Accounting degree from Rutgers University, is a Certified Public Accountant and a Sells award winner.

Jim Schumacher

Jim Schumacher joins the DRS Leadership Team with over 17 years of experience with many of the leading OTC Consumer Product companies, most recently as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Continuous Improvement at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare (formerly Wyeth Consumer Healthcare).

While in this role, Jim’s focus was on root cause analysis and correction. Jim created a niche as an operational solutions provider that was highly valued by the organization, with a focus on unsaleable reduction activities and projects that lessened both the incidence and cost of unsaleables in Pfizer’s end-to-end supply chain. The programs under Jim’s direction delivered savings that averaged over $1 million annually. Jim’s work in this area was recognized by Pfizer / Wyeth with their Global Excellence Award. Additionally, Jim was a member of the Joint Industry (GMA/FMI) Reverse Supply Chain Task Force and a recipient (on behalf of Pfizer) of the 2010 GMA Conference Trading Partner Collaboration Award.

Jim also has extensive experience in Supply Chain and Finance Management functions for organizations such as Abbott, Schering-Plough and Bristol-Myers Squibb. With certifications in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University, Jim has broadened his skill sets to where he has become an increasingly effective advocate for organizational excellence.

Jim is a graduate of Iona College earning an MBA in Financial Management & International Business from the Hagen School of Business. Jim is also a graduate of Post College earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Management.

Kevin Kaminski

VP- Operations, Remarketing and Business Process

Kevin joined DRS Product Returns in January of 2017. He is a proven leader of retail analytics, financial planning, merchandising and finance organizations. He has demonstrated expertise in developing strategies, processes and analysis that generate increased profitability and shareholder value. Kevin has a broad range of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, delivering revenue and earnings growth by maximizing new opportunities and creating effective and efficient organizational process.
Prior to joining DRS Product Returns, Kevin held senior Inventory Management and Merchandise Analytics roles at JoAnn Fabrics. In addition, Kevin was the Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Analytics at OfficeMax. Business Unit Chief Financial Officer for the Home and Apparel Business Units while at Sears Holdings, Inc.
Kevin received his B.S. in Business Administration from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI and has taken Master’s level course work while in his pursuit of a MBA from Walsh College, Troy MI

Chris Bowen

VP of Information Technology

Chris joined DRS as Director of Information Technology in November 2012. He has spent his entire 30+ year career in the reverse logistics industry. During the 90’s he held several leadership roles at one of the largest technology-based 3PLs in the country including the start-up and management of the quality control and technical support operations. From 1996 to 2004 he held many roles on the Information Technology team including Sr. Applications Developer, Systems Architect, and Network Architect. Starting in 2000, Chris served as IT Project manager for several large-scale projects to modernize the information systems of the company and assumed the IT Director position in 2005. Under Chris’ leadership at DRS, the company has transformed its data, communication, and application architectures to modern platforms that have driven large gains in efficiency and capability. During this transition, much of the systems architecture of the company has transitioned to emerging technologies such as web services, virtualization and the Cloud.

Chris attended Northeastern University as a Computer Science major and the University of Massachusetts as an Information Technology Major. While at UMASS, Chris was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society. Since 2003, he has also served as trustee of a million+ dollar charitable trust.
