E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER RETURNS
We offer access to an unparalled, consistent source of customer returns from over 300 high end brands. Although these are customer returns, we remove the risk for buyers by carefully inspecting all footwear and apparel. Additionally, footwear is graded and reconditioned to ensure all unsaleables are removed (singles, mis-matched and defective items). Our pallets are optimized for re-commerce marketplaces and expand across many product category types, conditions and price points.
Grading Process
DRS inspects, manifests and reconditions returns sold by the grade, by pallet.
- Grade A: These shoes are considered to be brand new, or overstock, with no signs of wear.
- Grade B: These shoes are considered to be “like new, or excellent condition”, possibly tried on, but no signs of being worn outside.
- Grade C: These shoes are considered to be “gently used” and in overall good condition.

DRS Returns is offering an exclusive footwear and apparel buying event. These are retail store returns, in “like – new” condition but may be missing the original retail box.
Footwear and Apparel can be purchased by the pallet or full trailer loads FOB Marlton, NJ and Alcoa, TN.
Pallets will be fully manifested but we expect to have a few unmanifested pallets on each trailer load.
